      Its very hard to do job here because they dont give leave on day they need 24 hour of us

      Vinci company is good but where iam working at the country manager home there is one problem they dont give leave after my work is done my family lives near by me but i ask to them they don't allow me to go home daily my family daily scared to live alone without me i request to the country manager but he said we hired you for 24 hour.

      no benefits setup yet in Canada. Not sure if they would invest in a person. Pay is average.
