Pros

Worked there from 2017-2018. Large organisation. Some people are friendly and care. There is a sense of community.

Cons

- very old fashioned hierarchical structure - not forward thinking - Inefficient processes, remember being stuck in long meetings where nothing was achieved - No scope for professional development - Role was boring and unfulfilling - Very male heavy organisation, not diverse and most women are in HR org - Lots of training is outsourced which costs a lot of money, they would save so much by having an in-house training team
