Good culture where people and their perspectives are valued. Company is focused on building a positive culture and driving performance. Market competitive compensation and very good benefits plans that are inclusive. Great focus on Environmental, Social & Governance including diversity and inclusion.

Cons

Processes are often undocumented, cumbersome and ambiguous. Can be hard to understand high-level decisions.
