Pros

Decent FTO program, good for entry level grads and people who like a hybrid work role. Work is steady and people have a lot of tenure here. Some people get lucky and don't do anything all day!

Cons

Turnover rate is definitely a problem. Reasons could be that there is a lot of first time managers with hardly any experience on how to actually lead or develop their subordinates. Unprofessional at times with how anything is handled from top to bottom with no clear direction from immature leaders and employees are kept in the dark. Nepotism and favoritism run rampart in this company and management thinks others do not notice the unjust behavior. A lot of finger pointing and blame game create a culture of mistrust and being honest is construed as being problematic.

Cons

managers, have no idea how to run a hazardous waste service industry. They have top tier managers running the department with no knowledge of hazardous waste management. Hiring people just to fill bodies with high overturn rate.
