Middle Management spends too much time in meetings. While the position I held was to work independently, It was difficult to get "facetime" with Managers.

They attempt to recognize individuals for outstanding performance. If you like working for a big corporation vs a mom and pop, Univar is a good company.

Cons

If you are acquired by Univar, you are looked at a a step child. They attempt to love you, but you aren't actually one of their own.
