      Pros

      Freedom to develop in areas you're interested in, local management flexible and approachable. Historically, a fantastic place to seize opportunities.

      Cons

      Bought by Apollo funds who have stripped the company of any proactive teams and regressed years of progress. Remaining reactive staff are overworked and underpaid as a result, and until Apollo exit it's only going to continue heading one way. Give it a few years and come back to this company.
