      Competitive pay, few good friendships

      Cons

      Horrible company and management. They don't care about anyone except for upper management, if you're not part of that group consider yourself worthless to them. Hostile environment especially the last months that I was there. They are also cheap when it comes to providing anything for their employees, from supplies to snacks, even disposable utensils in their breakrooms. Save your time and energy for someplace else. You'll just end up with anxiety at this place.

      Pros

      It was an amazing company to work for until the new CEO forgot about what it truly means when he says “where we care about people”. Dismantling Canada and the great Canadian culture that was built by great leaders before him, is going to cause a collapse of moral. His narcissism will surely cause a once great company culture to diminish. Very sad to see the downfall of what was once a strong leading business.
