      Pros

      The office environment is relatively relaxed. If you have to leave early due to an emergency, management is very understanding. Vacation and sick time is a bonus also.

      Cons

      Constant change to policies and procedures. Sometimes hard to keep up with it. Some branches do things different. Streamlining procedures would be great.

      Pros

      People are generally excellent to work with. Pay and Benefits are comparable to the market or slightly better. Work/Life balance is average.

      Cons

      Way too many reorganizations in both business and organizational structures and reporting. Bonus targets are generally set exceeding high and payouts have been minimal.
