      Private Equity (PE) is destroying this company

      Pros

      Good people (what is left of them - so many have been let go to meet the blind requirements for specific metrics required by PE ownership).

      Cons

      Company will do anything to meet short term requirements of PE, with no concern for longer term impact. PE has failed at attempt to go public and now appears to be gearing up for either large scale acquisitions or break up with sell off.
