Pros

Univar Solutions is on a tail end of a major integration after the Nexeo purchase. There are lots of changes underway, including restructuring our network, improving technology and upgrading capabilities. While it is a lot of work, the steps are methodical. New and exciting leadership has brought a broader perspective that will make our supply chain better. The SC leadership team that appears to be stable and focused on long term planning.

Cons

Industry provides limited profit margin growth potential without acquisitions, and the pressure is always on to be strategic about cost management and major investments. Growing pains from the integration is probably the biggest con, but that should be over by summer of next year.
