      benefits are ok, not much else

      Cons

      management is weak (especially Ops); no time to service customers, bonuses rarely paid out, rules keep changing and so much fine print, people are disposable.

      Good benefits. Free to do what needs to be done to succeed. you are accountable for your own territory of action.

      Cons

      Very little managerment overview, you are left in the dark as to your performance, but then they say you did not meet expectations and refuse to give you a decent salary raise.
