The retirement plan is good! I really don't have anything nice to say about it!

Everything, long term employees are stuck with no room to grow,The managers are a joke they talk down on there employees, The managers don't listen to there employees on new ideas unless ur in their click.The moral is very low everyone hates working there,People fight just about everyday with one another.

Lots of oppertunity to learn. Meet many hard working people.

Cons

Company used to be a place that honestly cared about it's customers and employees. Now it's all about metrics. No thought is given to how actions will impact 6 months from now, only if it looks good on a chart today. Experienced knowledgeable hard working people continue to walk out the door every day as they just can't take it any longer. Many, many more would be following them out if not bound by a very restrictive non compete contact. Every department is extremely thin. Upper management talks as if you have so many resources but nothing could be further from the truth, you are often left to do everything yourself it you want it to get done. Conflicting goals across departments. Influx of new people that think they a here to save the day and proceed to repeat the same things that didn't work last year.
