      Pros

      Most of the people I worked with were great. It was stable employment with good benefits. They offered a pension, which was nice.

      Cons

      You were never quite sure where management stood and that didn't leave staff feeling very comfortable. Pay was below industry standard.

      Average driver can make between 100k - 150k

      Cons

      no comradery with the co-workers, high turn-around rate for management (every year, new manager/supervisor) Very long hours( 12-14 hrs a day) no time with the family you'll make over 100k but that's all going to uncle sam (over-time and double-time). you'll bring home around 70k
