      This is a great company to work for. Good Pay and Excellent benefits.

      A lot of things is changing with the new CEO we have. Also the department I work for there is a lot of micro managing.

      If you see this post, and you are looking through the univar reviews, notice the reviews by people in management. They all have 5 stars and great reviews. As a current employee this just proves how twisted it is here. Managers literally have the life, they go out for meals with customers all winter and golf with them all summer, all the while seemingly not truly caring about what actually happens. Like I said in a previous review, they are thrown so much money with virtually no responsibility or consequence for anything.
