      Nice office's, co-workers, good benefits (health, life, 401k) Team support, provide training.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, 25 year old out dated system. Superiors micromanaging employee's, hard to keep up with expectations. No incentives, No bonus. Not worth all the stress.
