      401k is still a good one. 4% automatically plus a 4% match on your gross earnings

      Cons

      Very Dangerous work conditions due to poor Corporate Management's decision to cut work force way below a safe level. Over working remainder of employees and routinely instruction to not follow companies own safety rules. Horrific new employee training.
