      Good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      this was a good company, people enjoyed to come to work, now people dread coming to work. The moral has gone down and management doesnt know what really is going on and feeds into people who are clueless about how things actually work. If you want to move up with a conpany, this isn't the job.

      Pros

      Benefit's and Having a Job are always a plus. Friendly work atmosphere. Great lighting!

      Cons

      When a light bulb is out it will take forever to have it replaced. Corporate keeps tabs on the number of people in the building for the allotted jobs. Their metric system will not let you get a 3% raise. The raise system is set by corporate. If you tell management your looking for a new job within the company, you are shunned by that boss Even if you stay with the company and move to a different department, they verbally said your dead to me more than once. Boss offered no suggestions for me to stay. Didn't care at all.

      Terrible management Idiotic goals and expectations VERY poor training FAVORITISM Brings back people who have no clue of their job No job security Hideous Sales Reps Do not take proper action Over-all extremely terrible company
