      Pros

      Great work/life balance. Good pay and SIP structure. My division is specialized and gets to work in a silo for the rest of the company for the most part, and we see more success then the rest.

      Cons

      Metric driven just for the sake of it. Out of touch upper management who don’t see the problems. Want us to sell more when we are having to jump through hoops just to retain business.
