      Pros

      Once was a great organization making money and growing

      Cons

      Private investments companies changed the management, direction, and got rid of people that knew the business. Change may have been needed as with all firms, but the new management used a machete instead of a scapple.

      Pros

      They are helping other companies to grow... that is companies taking business from them.

      Cons

      The list is long but having the former BCS management run Univar is a big mistake and they are bringing down the ship. Univar was a great company with great people and now its a sad shell of what it once was with everyone looking to leave it. I can't even begin to count the talented people that they have let go or that have left on their own. To the people that have left they are all happy to be gone but those who have not found a job I hope they do find a way out.

      Some teams are allowed 1 to 2 days remote work

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't care about employees HR doesn't care about employees. Only works with senior leadership and never addresses employees concerns Senior leadership forces managers to give bad reviews to employees they want to get rid of down the road Favoritism is blatantly obvious yet continues So many high performers have left and others actively looking, no one sees a future in this company Too many negatives, better to just avoid joining this place
