      Pros

      If you truly want to grow there a lots of opportunities for it here. Meaning resume boosters and career development. However once you get these training they aren't considered in your review or taken into consideration if you apply internally for a related position.

      Cons

      Leaders have been here for a long time and play a role in the culture overall. They like things the way they are and will pretend they're open to change but they aren't. They hide behind the "Type A personality" and say you need tougher skin smh.

      Good benefits and PTO time.

      Cons

      There is a big clique in the management area in A/R or what they call C2C department. Poor training from the start. Accounts are screwed up and can't be fixed because of years of misapplied transaction etc. High turnover in the department.
