      Pros

      People in the company are young and there is not much pressure in the everyday tasks. The office atmosphere is in general relaxed.

      Cons

      Not many chances to advance your position and/or your salary. Technolologies used to develop software are a bit old and the company does not keep employees up to date with the newest technologies.

      A solid company that gives you opportunity to travel to different countries. The vacations are very good.

      Amount of work is very high and time to deliver is very short. Benefits and salary is definitively are bad.

      Relaxed pace at work, no rush, good for balancing family and work, pension plan is there. Need to work 15 years to be eligible.

      Cons

      Very slow moving, takes a lot of time to get the release out. Management is slow moving. Let of layers in between developer and management.
