Pros

Flexibility, young team , continous learning, trainings and nice colleagues. It was one of the best jobs, the salary was not very high but it was ok counting the payment for the on call duty and over hours

Cons

Stressful, many over hours(paid), sometimes the management was not so flexible, no real posibility to grow, lately no external trainings

Even after many layoffs, and restructuring, the company still had decent benefits compared to other companies in south east florida.

Cons

They are many: - no stability in US - constant layoffs - constantly reducing benefits - no vision - no plan - constant outsourcing of work
