      Pros

      Home working and flexible working, probably the most significant pro is the ATOS acquisition as you really had to look at where the company would be heading otherwise.

      Cons

      Make do and mend approach for any IT, even if if it costs more on staff time in the long run. Most staff demoralised as they are doing they jobs of 2 or sometimes 3 or 4 people who have left the business.

      Competitive market, so not ideal for people looking for very long term stability. Is it possible anyway
