      Pros

      It is an international company which giving the chance to work with different people of nationalities worldwide. Salaries were relaitvely high and good place to work for especially women. I had witnessed no discrimination to women during my employment.

      Cons

      They are having difficultiies in competition with Cisco and other telecom companies. It has performed employee cut offs in the late 3 years and it can be said a bit unsecure for long term employment

      relaxed climate, benefits in form of supermarket coupons

      Cons

      no payed overtime, (but more frequent brakes if you enjoy that...) a bit hard to change positions internally (an attempt to change that is in progress)
