Home working when the technology works. Some great (but battle weary) people. Have to put twenty words in here but getting harder and harder to be positive.

Cons

Out of date laptops that are embarrassing in front of customers. Lack of direction and communication. Over stretching staff. Work life balance becomes work work. Wants results with no investment or marketing budget. Asking for performance but keeps taking away accounts. Process is laborious and frustrating. Disjointed.
