      Pros

      None. There are still many good resources around, but unfortunately too old to want to turn around the company. Presales leadership is still looking good.

      Cons

      Apac leadership is inexperienced and hypocritical. Leaders make everyone aware of cost cutting measures, and they continously burn money at high rate with travels. Product management is stuck in 1990s. It's the German way or the high way.

      Excellent portfolio, with innovative unified software solutions Good global customer base Strong inheritance from the Siemens brand Bought in Q4/16 by Atos

      Cons

      Several changes in the global management in the last 5 years Weak presence in North America and in Asia-Pacific Strongly dependant on direct sales (poor sales through channels)
