Pros

A difficult task to think of a single pro at the minute. The only positive is the employees (that have miraculously survived the butchery of the workforce)

Cons

Having worked for Unify for 30 years it's terrible to see how the management have destroyed a leading communications company. Lack of vision, or no vision at all, with ridiculous business decisions of cut back, cut back, cut back, instead of looking after the existing customer database or actually growing it. Lack of training along side no pay rises for 8 years, leaves one of the most demoralized companies I have ever seen. Since the Atos acquisition the business is being carved 3 ways, and I see the bubble popping with the Unify ceasing to exist.

Pros

Very difficult to think of any:- Some good colleagues and loyal customers but not sure why?

Cons

Never ending cycle of redundancies, to compensate for Poor Sales. This is all down to appalling management, which led to poor R&D and poor moral. No pay rises for 8-years and constant penny pinching. After 38 years, not even a Goodbye, or Thank You

Pros

Good work/life balance 60€/month food coupons Private medical insurance Salary OK

Cons

The company is slowly dying aka is in a downward spiral for many many years. Clearly the shareholders (Atos) are not interested in this 'asset' anymore, they are only trying to 'squeeze' whatever profit they can from it by relentlessly firing people and cutting costs. But this of course will not get you very far. It's a shame there were so many excellent technical people which either got fired or they left on their own. With so many experts gone surely management can't expect the products to have any serious quality going forward. It's a shame it used to be a proper and good company back at the Siemens days....
