Flexible work environment. The company allows employee work from home sometime.

Cons

You will always find lengthy guidelines to teach you how to use a system or how to complete a workflow which obviously mean the workflow and systems are very complicated.

Stale tech and a company dominated by a mature staff resistant to change. Revolving door from a management standpoint and private equity co was not helping provide direction. No real cloud play
