great (market leading) products & software solutions recognized by customers, fantastic past as base for new innovations, carefully (for 10 years) built software development teams , very interesting projects & technologies,

Cons

spending money on the absurd suggestions of consulting firms: we have to rent a new office (2-3 more expensive than the current - which we totally renovated 2 years ago !!!) Instead concentration on JITC & customer solutions we are preparing to move the lab... drawing and buying new desks ...
