      Pros

      Great team - very bright and talented people. Generous work from home policy Bonus payouts have returned.

      Cons

      Dominance of UK and DE priorities - NAM and RoW suffer/feel disengaged. Software product company part of a services parent that doesn't want 3 year R&D payback - they want it in 1 year. Marketing and product management don't seem to get along very well.

This makes it a great wrokplace for statring and grow one's professional career. Engineers are constantly trained to new technologies and innovation has always been a top priority. There is a competitive as well as fiendly environment where diversity is well respected and considered. Effectiveness and success are constantly rewarded.
