Pros
Great people working with you. Almost all of them are nice to have around, learn and have fun with them. The job is sometimes challenging, but normally is just bug fixing and maintenance of some old code. The place (CITS) is beautiful, with lots of green in the surrounding area
Cons
- They are cutting every benefit they can and sparing money in everything, and I really mean EVERYTHING. Even a simple pencil you cannot have it if your manager doesn't approve. - It was supposed to be closed some years ago and now they are struggling to continue. - It is far from everything. To have a good lunch you need to have a car. Luckily the colleagues do a car pool for this. - They have a career plan. It is almost a flat line. You stay at the same position you have entered in the company, or if you are lucky or a manager friend, you will receive a promotion to the next seniority level after 10 years. - Every person that leaves the company is not replaced, so you need to do the job of several persons - Really old infrastructure, with old slow computers that makes you angry and
