      Pros

      The team at Unify is genuinely kind, supportive, and fun to work with. It’s a dog-friendly office, which brings a lovely, relaxed vibe to the work environment. I had the chance to work on interesting and varied client projects, which kept things creatively engaging.

      Cons

      There’s limited flexibility in terms of remote work, which may not suit everyone—especially in a time when hybrid setups are becoming the norm. The company culture could benefit from being more open to fresh perspectives and evolving ways of working.
