- NO career advancement, employee is just a resource. As a developer, you are not rewarded for your technical skills and outstanding design, but you are recognized for completing tasks on-time without quality. - Behind in technology, management is very conservative on innovation. - Emphasis on documentation over coding, too many talkers too few workers. - Quality is 2nd-priority compared to timelines, burning EV on project plan is more important than design. - Low morale, and the management has done nothing to fix it. You are just a resource, not an employee. - No budget for equipment ... how to develop and test without them !!??
