      Pros

      The people left are fantastic, hard working, knowledgeable, dedicated and have made huge personal sacrifices over the years for the benefit of the company.

      Cons

      Executive team has no knowledge of our products, customers, or culture. Nor do they have a desire to learn these to ensure we continue to create world-class products.

      Pros

      The company gives the employee a great chance to balance his work and his personal life. Modern culture based on collaboration and communication.

      Cons

      Company is performing a wrong transformation process to become a smaller company that focus on a extremely small market portion. Our customers want to receive a bigger portfolio from us and we are loosing oportunities because of our reduced scope. We will dissapear in a few years.

      Pros

      The rebrand has been a great success. OpenScape is a great product and Ansible will be too. The new management team appear focused and have an intent to change the business to improve performance.

      Cons

      Whilst the software is in general very good, the processes and bureacracy holds the business back, together with some very poor marketing. Sales is an uphill battle against the odds.
