      Pros

      New Executive Management is focuses on transforming Unify to a software/services. Solid history of employee showing commitment to customers and going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Great tenure and cohesive working environment. Many positions offer virtual work environment. Some of the nice people I have ever met work here and everyone seems to get along very well.

      Cons

      Company seems more focused on gaining growth in the marketplace without focused on employee satisfaction/benefits/retention

      Pros

      Finally a new CEO. There has been potential despite the mismanagement and dysfunction under Hamid. And the Gores group and Siemens board didn't help. Perhaps now the potential can be realized.

      Cons

      A turnaround is needed and a lot of work is required to get there. All of the rats have jumped ship, so a new management team is on its way...and that's good.

      This company has a long history of people working hard to drive customer satisfaction. From a product perspective the company actually has tremendous software applications.

      Lack of brand recognition and market share in the US creates large challenge.
