Pros

Great co-workers (those which struggle to remain), flexible work schedule, and work from home program.

Cons

General lack of direction, financial management through sweeping; layoffs, employee benefit dilution, employee benefit removal. The latest action was to reduce "US" PTO (sick/Vacation/Flex) by 10 days. The justification was that part of the "savings" would be used to partially restore 401K matching (yet to occur - 50% on 2%) which were "temporally" suspended 5+ years ago.

Pros

Good hard working people that always look to do what's right for the customer. Those employees that remain and made it through layoffs over the recent years are mostly top notch.

Cons

Just about every change the company has made with respect to pay/benefits has been in the company's favor. Employees left to wonder what's next.
