      High stress, Paid well, WAY TOO MUCH MANAGEMENT!!

      Pros

      A global corporation with some great people. Lots of vacation time, holidays, and a great facility

      Cons

      There is so much management (people getting large bonuses counting revenue) putting tremendous pressure on those that dig for gold ( sales) it makes the role undesirable. I knew of five individuals that had heart attacks while I work there.

      Pros

      Good people and products. Decent salary compensation and benefits. Improved collaboration between sites in agile development environment. Shame they are so unfocused.

      Cons

      Slash and burn mentality with staff. Unfocused on what they want to be. Neglecting the people and products that made them.

      Rapidly decaying in the US

      Pros

      Flexible work environment. Work with very talented, hard-working engineers. Generally use latest technology and tools.

      Cons

      Management (especially at the highest levels) has proven to be clueless. Outsourcing continues as new products and new approaches fail, so the bottom line can only be rescued by deeper spending cuts. Morale was terrific for many years (as the former Siemens company), but has been squashed by narrow-minded cuts. Average pay with miniscule 401k contribution. Can't imagine raises will be given for a long time.
