Questionable choices of future

Pros

I really liked the studio I worked for, the project, the team and the culture. It was a place I was comfortable staying at for a long time.

Cons

I did not have problems with the studio I worked for, this is more for the C-Suite and their decision-making. Studio closures suck. I get that games may not be successful and struggle in terms of making money but hearing from other studios at Ubi that they are understaffed and need more hands makes me wonder what happened to the structure of lending talent.

It's decent, not outstanding.

Pros

Great employees, great tools, great pipelines.

Cons

Work in silos, not easy to widen your areas of competence, hard to move up, small pay rises if any, questionable management.
