Pros

Lots to learn and take into for your overall career, valuable experience and usually nice collegues. Nice merch and access to games resources. Can be a good or bad studio depending on location since there are so many across the world.

Cons

Can be low pay if you negotiate badly and they will always low ball you. Try to axe people before giving out a permanent contract. Not keen on remote work. Overburdened by old systems and products.

Pros

People are usually nice. If you like fruit baskets, on-site bike repairs, foodtrucks ect, it s a good place to be for work.

Cons

Salary doesn't meet expectations. Decisions take a long time to be made. Recrutment system takes litteral months.

Video games is a volatile field so you must be prepared to change topics when a project is discontinued
