      Pros

      Big name in the industry, opportunity to work on famous licenses, strong feeling of being part of something bigger.

      Cons

      Teams are so big you only got to know your closest co-workers. Long management chains makes impossible to know who took what decisions. Key positions are not occupied by the most talented but by the most ancient, regardless of their ability to get the work done.

      Pros

      Good environment, you will be able to learn a lot quickly. Possibility to move abroad since ubisoft have several studios spread around the globe. A lot of AAA game production experience to collect.

      Cons

      Salary is low and will stay this way, so aim for the highest pay bill during your interview. Politics ! Politics everywhere ! Your skills will not be able to promote you alone; you will need to build a strong network to promote your work. Yep, it's the survival of the fittest
