Pros

Despite everything we can read in the news about the company in the past years, and the numerous events, Ubisoft is genuinely a company who cares about humans and people more than many other companies. They suffered obviously people ego, bad choices and a non mastered growth over its development but the company offers in general a very nice canvas for people to work, allowing for autonomy, development and growth of people. Of course, it requires a certain investment, and mindset but that's typical of any company I worked for.

Cons

The company was very decentralized, leading to a very organic and chaotic organization. The people empowerment is awesome, but it'd have been even better if their was a stronger and more aligned top leadership, to ensure decisions cascade well and that overlaps, priorities and strategies are better defined.
