Pros

- Excellent co-workers. - Excellent access to software. - Good training programs available. - Gym access, occasional events - Ok benefits

Cons

- Shockingly disorganized. - Leaders take no initiative. The usual "I don't take responsibility" attitudes. - Incredibly disorganized, downright rude acquisitions team. - If they tell you the sun will absolutely rise tomorrow? 70% chance. - Constant "war stories" from coworkers. - No details, but "going the extra mile" was entirely not worthwhile. Waste of energy and spare time. - HR and Acquisitions ignore you for literal months at a time. - Currently extremely depressing as many people are just waiting to be laid off. Ubisoft clearly shows a lack ability and/or commitment to providing a stable working environment and future opportunities. It is constant anxiety and disorganization.
