Pros

Some of the best reasons would be the international exposure, experience, knowledge and resource shared within the company and the creative freedom.

Cons

One of the biggest downside of working at ubisoft is the compensation packages offered to employees at the junior and mid levels.

Pros

Stable company, has managed to not have huge rounds of layoffs like the other big publishers have. They have a large focus on innovation, and there is a chance for creative games to be made.

Cons

Pay is lower than the industry standard, which is low already. If you do not speak French fluently, you have little chance of being promoted to upper management.
