      best place I've worked at in 15 years of videogames

      Pros

      -Formation is great : many opportunities. the company invests heavily on formation... that increases my market value, which is a shame because I don't want to leave -Information is huge : too much some times -Respect : I didn't think I'd find that after 15 years in videogame industry -lots of parties, small attentions/presents every now and then

      Cons

      -ubi reacts slowly, may be its size... -ubi should systematically invest small on small new trends as soon as they emerge... rather than thinking big only

      Pros

      + Overall, a very casual atmosphere that can be fun to work in at times + Interesting people from a very wide range of professional backgrounds + Fun and creative products + A big players in it's industry (video games)

      Cons

      - As others have mentioned, the biggest con is the lack of vision from upper management - Internal management can be chaotic, be prepared to wear multiple hats and fill gaps on short notice - People applying to front office departments should not expect a good work/life balance - Not a meritocracy, expect a formal org chart with a standard hierarchy - Low compensation

      Pros

      It is a very stimulating feild, video games are awesome and nice to play with its fun to see people enjoy the fruit of your labor

      Cons

      I don t think there is a con i really like it i enjoy it so much that i continue my work at home
