Pros

Great people, great energy. The office looks great as well.

Cons

Some dull minded managers. Especially in the testing team. Extremely long over time hours (sometimes a lot of consecutive weekends)

Pros

A great place to learn if you are new to game development. You can see the impact of doing things the wrong way. So you know how not to do it. People are generally nice. There is little stress at work.

Cons

Performance reviews are based on sucking up to the right people. Being the only AAA studio in Singapore gives Ubisoft the opportunity to pay its employees poorly and still expect to hire more people. Too many inexperienced people hired from universities. Not enough senior people to provide the guidance. It seems like individuals who can't get a job in Europe or America come here to take up management positions.
