      Pros

      The atmosphere is friendly, and people are very relaxed, they are flexible with the working hours...

      Cons

      Being flexible with working hours (for the good reason, such as bringing your kids to school), has also a negative side as they expect you to work plenty of extra hours. Management in my offcie are old, not updated and lack of human ressources touch.

      Cons

      Very limited opportunities to advance in the company, often held back by management who 'need you where you are' Salary below average, benefits are not competitive to market. Competitive culture between teams in different countries, little effort to resolve and work together constantly creating excess work for all involved.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance. Not lacking for projects and no mass lay-offs. Opportunity to work on AAA project. Other projects in studio as well.

      Cons

      Mostly an in-source for Montreal. Lacking some experience and high skills for certain leadership positions. Projects are seem to be more fiscally oriented rather than quality oriented. Also, the studio has some troubled matching appropriately skilled individuals to certain positions... but not any worse than most other medium-large studios. Pay is relatively lower than other markets/cities.
