Pros

Great products, passion for games, nice people, leaders who know console business and retail, ambitious and committed to long term success

Cons

Organizational structure operates at cross-purposes, willingness to throw good money after bad, so far unsuccessful in free-to-play, mobile. Loses talented young developers to competitors.

Pros

Tremendous job security, there are always numerous exciting projects to work on. Great technology to work with and learn how to build quality open world games.

Cons

It is way too hard to be recognized in the company. Regardless of your experience, you can feel like a muted voice on a development team. In some situations, you are not even granted the opportunity to present your designs to the team - your lead will do it for you and then adjust your work without discussing with you.

Pros

Employees get to learn new things

Cons

Employees are highly underpaid. Sarcasm can bother small hearted persons.
