Pros

Absolutely spectacular team members, ability to work remotely, my Lead is committed to healthy work/life balance

Cons

Top leadership is pushing a return to office without any data to back it up. I’m becoming more and more concerned that the decision being made by our company leaders are completely missing the mark. They continue to lay employees off and cut costs for profitability, but then accrue costs by renovating new buildings, paying for commuting costs, losing hours of productive work time to commuting, and leasing expensive buildings to promote collaboration that we already have through digital environments. None of the changes make any sense to anyone in the company accept the CEO, who can’t provide any evidence that adding these costs will improve actual productivity.

Pros

Gets you started in the QA career

Cons

Low salary for the amount of work you have to do. Too many disrespectful people while I was there, and HR didn't do anything.
