Pros

No reason to be honest. A company that loves to exploit the people at keep them at lowest of the salaries so that they get frustrated and leave the company automatically so that they can bring new candidate again on low salary.

Cons

Lowest of salaries No growth opportunities HR and management is not at all helpful Exploiting people Not increasing salary since they know there are many people who can do testing so they fail to respect the field and doesn't care about the employees already working.
