- Lot of autonomy to organize my workload to my liking - Schedule is pretty flexible - Had decent pay raises and bonuses so far - Many different trainings are available

Cons

- High management can be rigid, but low management is usually alright - A lot of people work there and it can feel overwhelming at time - Work relies a lot on external studios, making forces some weird schedules at time to be able to sync with them
